We continue to raise funds, for our members, in line with Parkinson's UK policy.
If anyone has any new ideas or different venues to raise funds and awareness, please contact one of the committee. Please click the top of the page for details of our current fundraising events planned for this year:
The Bonus Ball, The Autumn Fayre & Lucky Numbers Club
Weekly Bonus Ball Scheme
The Lotto Ball scheme has been running since September 2013 and to date (January 2021) we have raised over £17,000 for branch funds. (£2,200 annually)
There are 59 balls in the Lotto.
Each week we have 59 members & friends paying £2.
Payment is £8.70 monthly, by standing order.
The weekly prize is £75, drawn every Saturday.
Each week when the (The Lotto) is drawn, the person holding the same number as the bonus ball wins £75, credited to their bank account within 3 days.
The scheme is fully subscribed so the "profit” of £43 per week is donated to the Halifax Branch of Parkinson’s each month.
Thanks must go to the majority of our friends & members, most of whom, are still contributing after 8 years.
If you would like the next available bonus number.
